🚚 ডেলিভারি নীতি

ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া কীভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়?
আপনার অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর প্রতিটি পণ্য সতর্কতার সাথে কোয়ালিটি চেক করা হয়।
চূড়ান্ত যাচাই শেষে পণ্যগুলো নিরাপদভাবে প্যাক করে আমাদের বিশ্বস্ত ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হয়।
ডেলিভারি টিম যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আপনার ঠিকানায় পণ্য পৌঁছে দেয়। কোনো কারণে ঠিকানায় পৌঁছানো সম্ভব না হলে তারা আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে।

আমরা Closed Box Delivery Policy অনুসরণ করি—
যার মাধ্যমে পণ্যের অথেন্টিসিটি, গ্রাহকের গোপনীয়তা এবং পণ্যে কোনো ধরনের পরিবর্তন বা ভেজাল রোধ নিশ্চিত করা হয়।

প্যাকেজিং পদ্ধতি:
প্রতিটি পণ্য আলাদা ভাবে যত্ন সহকারে প্যাকেজ করা হয়।
কার্ডবোর্ড বক্সের ভেতরে ইনভয়েস সংযুক্ত থাকে এবং ভঙ্গুর পণ্য বাবল র‍্যাপ দিয়ে সুরক্ষিত করা হয়।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ:

ঢাকার ভেতরে: ১০০ টাকা

ঢাকার বাইরে: ২০০ টাকা

ডেলিভারি সময়:

ঢাকার মধ্যে: ২–৩ কর্মদিবস

ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৫ কর্মদিবস

👉 প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি বা পরিবহন সমস্যার কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব হতে পারে—এ ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের কাস্টমার রিলেশন টিম আপনাকে জানাবে।

🔄 রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি

যদি আপনি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অথবা ভুল পণ্য পান, তাহলে নিচের শর্ত অনুযায়ী রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য হবে:

ঢাকার ভেতরে ডেলিভারি নেওয়ার সময় ডেলিভারি পার্সনের সামনে পণ্য চেক করতে হবে

কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ছবি সহ আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে জানাতে হবে:

ঢাকার ভেতরে ত্রুটি পাওয়া গেলে পণ্য সাথে সাথে ফেরত দিতে হবে

ঢাকার বাইরে প্রাপ্ত ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে জানাতে হবে

পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং ইনটেক অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে

ব্যবহৃত, প্যাকেট খোলা, পরিবর্তিত বা স্যাম্পল করা পণ্য গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়

ভুলবশত অর্ডার করা পণ্য রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে না

অফার, ডিসকাউন্ট বা ডিলের পণ্য সম্পূর্ণরূপে non-returnable, non-exchangeable ও non-refundable

অফার চলাকালীন কেনা পণ্যে কোনো সমস্যা থাকলেও রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য নয়

বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন অনুমোদিত হলে পরিবহন খরচ গ্রাহক বহন করবেন

রিটার্নের সময় মূল ইনভয়েস অবশ্যই সংযুক্ত করতে হবে

✅ যাচাই প্রক্রিয়া

রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য আমাদের Inspection Team দ্বারা ১–২ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে যাচাই করা হবে।
দাবি বৈধ হলে পণ্য রিপ্লেস বা রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
দাবি বৈধ না হলে Bismillah Leather কোনো রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না।

How does the delivery process work?
Once your order is confirmed, each product goes through a thorough quality inspection.
After the final quality check, items are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery team will attempt to deliver the package at the earliest possible time. If they fail to reach you, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

We strictly follow a Closed Box Delivery Policy to ensure product authenticity, customer privacy, and prevention of any alteration or adulteration.

Packaging:
Products are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes with the invoice included.
Each item is carefully packed, and fragile items are secured with bubble wrap.

Delivery Charges:

Inside Dhaka: BDT 100

Outside Dhaka: BDT 200

Estimated Delivery Time:

Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days

Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days

👉 Delivery time may vary due to political unrest, natural disasters, transportation issues, or unavoidable circumstances. Our customer relationship team will notify you if delays occur.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

Orders must be checked in front of the delivery personnel (inside Dhaka)

Any issue must be reported immediately with images to:

Products inside Dhaka must be returned immediately upon issue detection

For deliveries outside Dhaka, issues must be reported within 3 days

Products must be unused, intact, and in original condition

Used, opened, altered, or sampled items are not eligible

Products mistakenly ordered by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange

Items purchased under Offer, Discount, or Deal are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable

No replacement or refund will be provided for discounted products even if defects are found

In exceptional cases where a return is approved, delivery costs must be borne by the customer

The original invoice must be included with the returned product

✅ Verification Process

Returned items will be inspected by our Inspection Department within 1–2 business days.
If the claim is valid, a replacement or refund will be issued.
If invalid, Bismillah Leather will not be liable for any refund or exchange.
