- For damaged products received outside Dhaka, notify us immediately and return the item within three (3) days.

- Products must be intact and unused, except in cases of damage.

- Used, swatched, or modified products will not be considered for exchange or refund.

- If a customer mistakenly orders a product and later decides to return or exchange it, the request will not be accepted.

- In exceptional cases where a return is allowed, the customer must cover the transportation costs.

- The original invoice must be included with the returned product.
